Zondag 15 oktober, Tobias krijgt van Londen een reprimande om niet teveel berichten te versturen en hij moet zijn berichten beter over beide marconisten verdelen. Die dag verstuurd noch Tobias noch een van beide marconisten een bericht naar Londen.
Ook ontvangt Tobias een bericht wat zowel naar hem als naar RUMMY (Bert de Goede) als PODEX (Luke Mulholland) wordt gestuurd, maar waarvan de inhoud niet bekend is. Deze telegrammen aan Bert de Goede en Luke Mulholland zijn bij het NIOD niet te vinden, zaten deze misschien in de 'verdwenen' BBO archief dozen?
Paul Polak ontvangt een waarschuwing dat hij, gezien de Gestapo activiteiten, geen andere contacten moet leggen, anders dan de noodzakelijke. Dit is een reactie van Londen op de klacht van Tobias over het gedrag van Paul Peters.

Maandag 16 oktober, weer wordt door Tobias (94) een verzoek ingediend om het hoofdkwartier van de SD aan het Adema van Scheltemaplein aan te vallen en men geeft aan dat er alleen licht afweergeschut in het noordelijk deel van de stad staan.
Tobias (95) geeft antwoorden op de vragen van Londen die men stelde in de berichten 48 en 50. er zijn tien tot 20 Landwachters en SS-ers gedood (zaak Rustenburg). Voor de dropping op veld OLIVER wil men maar 1 vliegtuig hebben, heeft te maken met het daglicht. GUUS (Frank Hamilton) heeft goed werk verricht en hij wil met de eerste lading op veld Oliver twee S-Phones en twee Eureka's hebben, want het is erg gevaarlijk om in dit deel van het land het lichten systeem te gebruiken. Tobias doet Eva (Barnet) de groeten.
Tobias (96) wil graag dat met elke lading sigaretten, brandewijn en chocolade gedropt wordt. Als dit tevens voor JOSEPHINE (Frankie Hamilton) wordt gedropt dan moet dit apart verpakt worden.
Via Tobias (97) vraagt Frank Hamilton of hij over de marconist Jan Steman alias FRANS kan beschikken in Alkmaar. Verder vraagt hij om 50 Bazooka's, 1000 Amerikaanse carabijnen, 200 Bren guns, 500 granaten en 10 mortieren voor district Noord-Holland.
Bericht van Henri Koot (98), de negende mededeling van het Delta-Centrum van 15 oktober: de vliegenier Anthony Carson die in Coventry woont en die op 28 september boven Nederland is neergeschoten verkeert in goede gezondheid en bevindt zich in goede handen. Londen wordt verzocht zijn familie op de hoogte te stellen.

London (95) laat Tobias weten dat zijn bericht over veld OLIVER verminkt is binnengekomen. Hij moet dit zo spoedig mogelijk opnieuw verzenden. London geeft verder aan dat het belangrijk is om ook in dit geval het lampen systeem te gebruiken. Tobias moet bevestigen dat hij dit begrepen heeft.

Dinsdag 17 oktober, Londen (54) laat weten dat zij vanaf woensdag weer gaan proberen om een lading op veld OLIVER te droppen. Londen wil 24 containers en vier manden, inclusief een Eureka baken en twee S-Phones te leveren.
Londen (55) laat Tobias weten dat men van plan is op veld OLIVER vijf manden te droppen met een Eureka baken. In totaal staan er tien manden klaar met materiaal voor hem en voor de Orde Dienst in Amsterdam. De ontvangstploeg moet er aan denken de lampen te laten branden in geval het vliegtuig een tweede run moet maken om alles af te kunnen werpen.
Londen (56) laat nogmaals weten dat men als het weer goed is om woensdag op veld OLIVER en op veld EVA ladingen te droppen.
Tobias (101) laat weten het met de aanstaande dropping op veld OLIVER eens te zijn en men zal de ontvangstcomités in te lichten.
Paul verstuurd een bericht voor Draughts (102) waarin wordt aangegeven dat op 14 oktober in Leidschendam een leider van de L.O. gearresteerd is samen met een operator die twee maanden geleden gedropt is met de alias WILLIAM of CHARLES (Robert de Brauw) die in Leiden werkzaam is voor de MID. Ook is zijn set (S-Phone) is verloren gegaan.
Daarna verstuurd Paul nog een bericht voor Tobias (104) waarin hij aan Majoor Klijzing vraagt wordt om op donderdag ladingen op veld MANDRILL te droppen met twee vliegtuigen en hij wil graag weten of de drop op veld OLIVER aanstaande woensdag doorgaat.
Als laatste verstuurd Paul een bericht voor Draughts (105) waarin Tobias een nieuw veld genaamd LALOE opgeeft.
Pieter (18) is gefrustreerd dat hij het Home Station niet te pakken kon krijgen tijdens de sked van 11.30 uur zoals afgesproken en ook niet tijdens de sked van 15.00 uur. Pieter probeerde het weer om 17.00 uur want hij had een spoed bericht wat hij moest beantwoorden. Hij vraagt om Londen hem überhaupt wel gehoord heeft.
In een volgend bericht (19) laat Pieter weten dat hij de indruk heeft dat het Home Station naar hem uitluisterde om 13.00 - en 15.00 uur.

London responds to Pieter' message (10) and they checked with the homestation at Grendon-Underwood and they received his message at 17.00 hrs blind. In other words it was not a real sked but they just picked up his message. Pieter should know according to London that there are always two experienced WT operators listening for his messages and he will be heard. Pieter' training was not completed when he was dropped and therefore London suggests that Pieter must carefully follow the procedure to make contact with the homestation, then the results of making contact will be better. London reminds him not to send unnecessary messages. The less time he is on the air the better. The Germans are listening and hunting.
Woensdag 18 oktober ontvangt Amsterdam een bericht van Generaal van Oorschot waarin hij duidelijk maakt dat hij nu weet wie de DC is (Henri Koot) en hij wenst hem veel sterkte met zijn moeilijke taak. Koot moet namelijk zien dat hij alle verzetsbewegingen onder een noemer krijgt, de Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten.
Bericht 106, van Draughts is niet leesbaar.
Tobias (107) spreekt zijn bezorgdheid uit over het feit dat de directe telefoon verbindingen met Geallieerde Hoofdkwartier in Nijmegen is verbroken Hij had waarschijnlijk van Henri Koot de vraag gehad om al het berichten verkeer bestemd voor Nijmegen te verzorgen. Dit was waarschijnlijk de reden waarom hij FRANS (Jan Steman) ook naar Amsterdam wil halen.
Henri Koot (108) geeft de situatie van 15 oktober over de Duitse troepen in de Betuwe weer.
Dit bericht (109) is incompleet, maar geeft de situatie van 16 oktober weer wat betreft de sterkte van Duitse troepen in Brabant.
Tobias (110) kan niet bevestigen of veld EVA klaar staat om ladingen te ontvangen. Tobias refereert naar bericht 57 van Londen en het gaat over S-Phones en Eureka bakens die op veld MANDRILL gedropt zullen worden. Ook dit telegram is niet compleet.
Londen (57) laat weten dat er weer op veld Mandrill gedropt gaat worden, met één, of twee vliegtuigen. Dit zal men in de code zin die via de BBC wordt uitgezonden laten blijken.
Vanuit Londen (58) steekt Majoor Klijzing Tobias een hart onder de riem en vertelt hem dat Eva ingaande
1 november op het kantoor van BBO in Londen komt werken. Politieke telegrammen versturen hoort niet bij de taak van Tobias, hij moet zich concentreren op wapen zendingen, Bureau Inlichtingen moet zorgdragen voor de politieke berichten. GUUS (Frank Hamilton) wordt namens Klijzing gefeliciteerd met zijn promotie tot officier.

Tobias sends the 13th announcement of Delta Centrum to London (109) They received on the 16th of October that German troops have evacuated the towns Berlicum and Gewande. They also left the Dutch villages Empel, Hedel and Alten. German artillery has been moved from around the Dutch town of Boxtel to the village Gemonde. The bridge near Balsvoort has been widened and fortified by the Germans. This bridge crossed the river Beerze. There is also information about a German staff, but this information was not on the NIOD papers.
Balsvoort is a farm occupied by the Schut family who were hiding people and where German prisoners of the resistance were kept.
The prisoners were released too early and one of the sons was executed.

Tobias (95) geeft antwoorden op de vragen van Londen die men stelde in de berichten 48 en 50. er zijn tien tot 20 Landwachters en SS-ers gedood (zaak Rustenburg). Voor de dropping op veld OLIVER wil men maar 1 vliegtuig hebben, heeft te maken met het daglicht. GUUS (Frank Hamilton) heeft goed werk verricht en hij wil met de eerste lading op veld Oliver twee S-Phones en twee Eureka's hebben, want het is erg gevaarlijk om in dit deel van het land het lichten systeem te gebruiken. Tobias doet Eva (Barnet) de groeten.

Dinsdag 17 oktober, Londen (54) laat weten dat zij vanaf woensdag weer gaan proberen om een lading op veld OLIVER te droppen. Londen wil 24 containers en vier manden, inclusief een Eureka baken en twee S-Phones te leveren.
Londen (55) laat Tobias weten dat men van plan is op veld OLIVER vijf manden te droppen met een Eureka baken. In totaal staan er tien manden klaar met materiaal voor hem en voor de Orde Dienst in Amsterdam. De ontvangstploeg moet er aan denken de lampen te laten branden in geval het vliegtuig een tweede run moet maken om alles af te kunnen werpen.
Londen (56) laat nogmaals weten dat men als het weer goed is om woensdag op veld OLIVER en op veld EVA ladingen te droppen.
Tobias (101) laat weten het met de aanstaande dropping op veld OLIVER eens te zijn en men zal de ontvangstcomités in te lichten.

Pieter (18) is gefrustreerd dat hij het Home Station niet te pakken kon krijgen tijdens de sked van 11.30 uur zoals afgesproken en ook niet tijdens de sked van 15.00 uur. Pieter probeerde het weer om 17.00 uur want hij had een spoed bericht wat hij moest beantwoorden. Hij vraagt om Londen hem überhaupt wel gehoord heeft.
In een volgend bericht (19) laat Pieter weten dat hij de indruk heeft dat het Home Station naar hem uitluisterde om 13.00 - en 15.00 uur.

London responds to Pieter' message (10) and they checked with the homestation at Grendon-Underwood and they received his message at 17.00 hrs blind. In other words it was not a real sked but they just picked up his message. Pieter should know according to London that there are always two experienced WT operators listening for his messages and he will be heard. Pieter' training was not completed when he was dropped and therefore London suggests that Pieter must carefully follow the procedure to make contact with the homestation, then the results of making contact will be better. London reminds him not to send unnecessary messages. The less time he is on the air the better. The Germans are listening and hunting.

The DC informs London (108) that an area in the Betuwe, west of the villages Opheusden en Ochten is now occupied by 5000 Germans of which 1500 are SS troops. Tobias sends the 13th announcement of Delta Centrum to London (109) They received on the 16th of October that German troops have evacuated the towns Berlicum and Gewande. They also left the Dutch villages Empel, Hedel and Alten. German artillery has been moved from around the Dutch town of Boxtel to the village Gemonde. The bridge near Balsvoort has been widened and fortified by the Germans. This bridge crossed the river Beerze. There is also information about a German staff, but this information was not on the NIOD papers.
Balsvoort is a farm occupied by the Schut family who were hiding people and where German prisoners of the resistance were kept.
The prisoners were released too early and one of the sons was executed.

Donderdag 19 oktober, Paul Polak ontvangt een bericht voor Draughts waarin de aanstelling van Henri Koot door Prins Bernhard bevestigd wordt.
.Via Paul verstuurd Tobias (112) een bericht van ROELA aan BLAKE (van Heuven-Goedhart). Hij juicht het besluit toe dat na de bevrijding een tribunaal misdadigers bestraft en dat de pers gezuiverd wordt. Ook het progressieve deel van het verzet juicht dit besluit toe. Het besluit om een tribunaal te vormen stuit op bezwaren van het meer behoudende deel van het verzet en van vakjuristen. De bevolking wil echter wel een tribunaal, zeker de vernieuwingsgezinden. Enkele anonimi vrezen zo'n tribunaal en voren actie tegen de Minister van Jusitie. Getekend Scheltema.
Draughts (113) verstuurd nogmaals een bericht van ROELA aan BLAKE. De instructies voor de pers worden toegejuicht door Je Maintiendrai, De Waarheid, Vrij Nederland en Parool. Dit betreft ook de uiteenzettingen van de instructies. Er wordt echter nog steeds tegengestribbeld door behoudende elementen en zelfs door enkele vertrouwensmannen. Scheltema verwacht dat er pogingen worden ondernomen om van Minister ?? vooraf telegrafisch ontheffingen te verkrijgen voor het verschijnen van grote dagbladen. Dergelijke poging zijn onwenselijk. Scheltema vraagt om een aanvulling op het besluit dat aangeeft dat na de bevrijding alleen dagbladen mogen verschijnen die reeds voor 24 september 1944 al regelmatig verschenen. Getekend Scheltema.

In spite of the waring of Major Klijzing is Tobias still sending political messages to London (112). It is not clear if he knew these were political messages, they could have been encoded and therefore undecodable for Tobias. The message is: from ROELA personally to BLAKE (alias of Justice Minister Van Heuven-Goedhart, who formerly worked for the underground newspaper Parool.) The progressive part resistance in Holland is very positive about a war tribunal to punish all criminals (collaborators) and press workers. The decision for such a tribunal is however not very popular with the more conservative part of the resistance and with case lawyers. This tribunal is welcomed by a major part of the people in Holland and specially with those who want renewal. However there is still resistance against it by more conservatives,, among them some members of the 'Vertrouwens Commissie' (Underground comity who was advising the Government in London on political matters). ROELA is expecting a telegram from the minister of the Interior which will allow the underground papers to continue after the liberation. Roela thinks it is not their task to give this permission. Tobias congratulates Major Klijzing (115) with his promotion. He is grateful that Eva will start working for the BBO office in London. Tobias tells Klijzing that he has an office of his own in Amsterdam, where he and three girls (Louise de Vries, Gerda Meijer & Madeline van Geuns) are working. This office is not inside the bureau of Delta Centrum. Josephine (Frankie Hamilton) is slowly recovering from her broken leg. He will limit sending political telegrams to London. He requests Klijzing not to mention his real name in telegrams again and he wishes Klijzing all the best.
Vrijdag 20 oktober zouden Tobias en de meisjes verhuizen naar een etage op de Nieuwe Herengracht 5, maar al na een week moesten zij er weer van de verhuurder uit omdat deze doorkreeg dat er illegaal werk verricht werd. Mogelijk was dit Jacob Mulder, geboren 1901. Bij Tobias waren Gerda Meijder, Madeline van Geuns en Laloe de Vries. Volgens Eddy de Roever zou Jard du Celliee-Muller (een vriend van koerierster Gerda Meijer) ook al op de Nieuwe Herengracht gewoond hebben, maar in een telegram van die dag geeft Tobias dan pas het veld 'Madeline' op waar hij Jard ontmoet zou hebben. Of Tobias moet zelf de verkenning hebben gedaan voor dit veld.
Henri Koot (116) meldt in het eerste deel van dit bericht dat het verzet onder leiding van twee geallieerde piloten in West Brabant in gevecht is geraakt met de Duitsers. Men wil graag via droppings machinegeweren, Stens met geluiddempers en de bijbehorende munitie ontvangen. Men heeft ook behoefte aan EHBO pakketten en narcose materiaal voor het behandelen van buik- en long wonden.
In het twee deel geeft Tobias meteen het veld op waar gedropt moet worden, genaamd DENEMARKEN. 'Karel' Klijzing wordt verzocht zo spoedig mogelijk te antwoorden.
Tobias (117) meldt dat veld OLIVER geen lading heeft ontvangen en veld MANDRILL maar één lading in plaats van twee. Veld OLIVER kan die nacht wel weer een lading ontvangen. Tobias verontschuldigd zich voor de hoeveelheid telegrammen die verzonden worden.
Verder geeft Tobias (118) weer een nieuwe droppingsveld op, MADELINE, vernoemd naar één van zijn koeriersters, Madeline van Geuns. Dit veld is ook gelegen in Noord Holland.
Henri Koot (119) vraagt aan Londen of zij een staking uit willen roepen voor de garage- en herstelbedrijven om zodoende de Duitsers nog meer te hinderen. De voedsel voorziening zou met deze staking niet in gevaar komen.
Opmerkingen van Gerard Lips over deze 'halve' dropping: "We werden om 11 uur uit ons bed getrommeld en we waren juist buiten 'de boet' (schuur in het land) toen de dropping plaats vond. Zeer slecht worp. Post bij de seinlamp daar waar 2e vliegtuig werd verwacht, kwam niet. Modderig land en containers zeer verspreid".
Bericht 64 van Londen, de tekst van betreffende telegram was niet aanwezig bij het NIOD.
Londen (65) waarschuwt voor Duitse infiltranten die zich voordoen als verzetsstrijders en die door de linies willen worden geholpen om zich zogenaamd bij hun kameraden te voegen.

They think it is necessary to stop all repairs on cars of the German Army. Food supply for the Dutch people is according to the Food Supply Committee no problem. A strike at the main repair centers will be followed by a strike in all repair centers and Koot believes it is worthwhile. If the Dutch Underground would call for a strike the Germans will react strongly, but if the Government in London would do so they won't react that sharply. Dit betreft ook de uiteenzettingen van de instructies. Er wordt echter nog steeds tegengestribbeld door behoudende elementen en zelfs door enkele vertrouwensmannen. Scheltema verwacht dat er pogingen worden ondernomen om van Minister ?? vooraf telegrafisch ontheffingen te verkrijgen voor het verschijnen van grote dagbladen. Dergelijke poging zijn onwenselijk. It is not clear if he knew these were political messages, they could have been encoded and therefore undecodable for Tobias. The progressive part resistance in Holland is very positive about a war tribunal to punish all criminals (collaborators) and press workers. Tobias congratulates Major Klijzing (115) with his promotion. He is grateful that Eva will start working for the BBO office in London. Tobias tells Klijzing that he has an office of his own in Amsterdam, where he and three girls (Louise de Vries, Gerda Meijer & Madeline van Geuns) are working. This office is not inside the bureau of Delta Centrum. Josephine (Frankie Hamilton) is slowly recovering from her broken leg. He will limit sending political telegrams to London. He requests Klijzing not to mention his real name in telegrams again and he wishes Klijzing all the best.
Vrijdag 20 oktober zouden Tobias en de meisjes verhuizen naar een etage op de Nieuwe Herengracht 5, maar al na een week moesten zij er weer van de verhuurder uit omdat deze doorkreeg dat er illegaal werk verricht werd. Mogelijk was dit Jacob Mulder, geboren 1901. Bij Tobias waren Gerda Meijder, Madeline van Geuns en Laloe de Vries. Volgens Eddy de Roever zou Jard du Celliee-Muller (een vriend van koerierster Gerda Meijer) ook al op de Nieuwe Herengracht gewoond hebben, maar in een telegram van die dag geeft Tobias dan pas het veld 'Madeline' op waar hij Jard ontmoet zou hebben. Of Tobias moet zelf de verkenning hebben gedaan voor dit veld.
Henri Koot (116) meldt in het eerste deel van dit bericht dat het verzet onder leiding van twee geallieerde piloten in West Brabant in gevecht is geraakt met de Duitsers. Men wil graag via droppings machinegeweren, Stens met geluiddempers en de bijbehorende munitie ontvangen. Men heeft ook behoefte aan EHBO pakketten en narcose materiaal voor het behandelen van buik- en long wonden.
In het twee deel geeft Tobias meteen het veld op waar gedropt moet worden, genaamd DENEMARKEN. 'Karel' Klijzing wordt verzocht zo spoedig mogelijk te antwoorden.
Tobias (117) meldt dat veld OLIVER geen lading heeft ontvangen en veld MANDRILL maar één lading in plaats van twee. Veld OLIVER kan die nacht wel weer een lading ontvangen. Tobias verontschuldigd zich voor de hoeveelheid telegrammen die verzonden worden.
Verder geeft Tobias (118) weer een nieuwe droppingsveld op, MADELINE, vernoemd naar één van zijn koeriersters, Madeline van Geuns. Dit veld is ook gelegen in Noord Holland.
Henri Koot (119) vraagt aan Londen of zij een staking uit willen roepen voor de garage- en herstelbedrijven om zodoende de Duitsers nog meer te hinderen. De voedsel voorziening zou met deze staking niet in gevaar komen.
Opmerkingen van Gerard Lips over deze 'halve' dropping: "We werden om 11 uur uit ons bed getrommeld en we waren juist buiten 'de boet' (schuur in het land) toen de dropping plaats vond. Zeer slecht worp. Post bij de seinlamp daar waar 2e vliegtuig werd verwacht, kwam niet. Modderig land en containers zeer verspreid".

Zaterdag 21 oktober ontvangt DRAUGHTS diverse berichten uit Londen, maar er gaan ook weer veel telegrammen richting Londen. Volgens Londen bestaat er al een radio link tussen Amsterdam en Eindhoven. Het gaat hier waarschijnlijk om een verbinding van de 'Geheime Dienst Nederland'. Ook zijn bij het NIOD telegrammen te vinden van een verbinding van het Amsterdamse station van de Radio Dienst van Jan Thijssen met Eindhoven.
Tobias (120) laat weten dat hij bijna door zijn code lap heen is en hij vraagt Londen met welke hij verder moet gaan. Ook vraagt hij om ontvangers te droppen. Het volgende nieuwe veld zal hij aan Winny Thomas opdragen.
Ook heeft Tobias (121) voor de één of andere reden een contactadres in Raamsdonkveer nodig, voor crossings? Veld OLIVER heeft weer geen lading ontvangen, maar in de buurt van Hoogkarspel heeft een vliegtuig zijn lading zo maar gedropt. Hierbij is een huis beschadigd. Het verzet heeft 20 containers en 4 manden veilig kunnen stellen, maar Duitsers hebben vier containers en één mand te pakken gekregen. Men staat die nacht weer klaar op veld OLIVER om een lading te ontvangen. Eén mand is tijdens de dropping op veld MANDRILL te pletter geslagen.

The aircraft that had to drop a load on field OLIVER could not find it's pinpoint and dropped its load blind, causing damage to a house and the containers were all over the place. Before daybreak 20 containers and four packages could be saved, but four containers and one package fell in German hands. However field OLIVER is ready to receive an other load that night. One package dropped on field MANDRILL was completely destroyed.

This will lower the water in the Eemscanal. All goods are transported either by barges over the IJsselmeer and by road through Den Helder. The resistance fighters can do little about it. In Enkhuizen is a warehouse full of stolen goods.

Veld OLIVER heeft weer geen lading ontvangen, maar in de buurt van Hoogkarspel heeft een vliegtuig zijn lading zo maar gedropt. Hierbij is een huis beschadigd. Het verzet heeft 20 containers en 4 manden veilig kunnen stellen, maar Duitsers hebben vier containers en één mand te pakken gekregen. Men staat die nacht weer klaar op veld OLIVER om een lading te ontvangen. Eén mand is tijdens de dropping op veld MANDRILL te pletter geslagen.

De DC, Henri Koot (123), hoopt het leegroven van Nederland door de Duitsers te vertragen door bombardementen uit te laten voeren op strategische verkeerspunten zoals bruggen.
