Zondag 28 januari, Tobias (432) laat weten dat Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) hem een week geleden over deze onderhandelingen op de hoogte heeft gesteld. In Den Haag zelf zijn maar zeer weinig wapens voor het verzet beschikbaar. Tobias weet echter niet wie de personen zijn die met de SD onderhandelen. Elst in de Betuwe wordt binnenkort met Amsterdam verbonden en Tobias hoopt dat 'Londen' zich ook op deze kabel laat aansluiten en met behulp van telex met 'Amsterdam' gaat communiceren.
Via de CID heeft Tobias (433) gehoord dat de SD in het Kemmelbos bij Roden in Drenthe op 17 januari een zender aan een parachute heeft gevonden.

Tobias informs London (432) that Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) reported something like that about a week ago. He also tells London there are only a few Sten guns in The Hague. London informs Tobias (298) that dropping field WINNIPEG has been approved by the RAF. As soon as the weather improves the RAF will deliver a load. Will the ground crew be using a Eureka on this field? If a S-Phone is used the ground call is Eisenhower and the airplane will use the call Wavell.
Maandag 29 januari, Tobias (434) meldt dat op 20 januari het vliegtuig van Fl.Lt. Cecil K. Belton, geboren op 2 november 1922 in Chicago, boven Noord-Holland is neergeschoten. In werkelijkheid kwam zijn B-17 boven Hoorn in botsing met een andere B-17, waardoor beide toestellen neerstorten. Tobias wil Belton samen met Radcliffe deze week naar bevrijd gebied laten reizen.
Bericht 435 is niet bij het NIOD aanwezig/Message 435 is missing.
Tobias (436) meldt ook dat in Amsterdam enkele transformator huisjes opgeblazen zijn.
Eind januari werden in Amsterdam door BS'ers enkele transformatorhuisjes opgeblazen waardoor onder meer een scheepswerf en het Stürtzpunkt van de Hafenkommandant zonder stroom kwamen te zitten - als reactie bepaalde Rauter dat alle transformatorhuisjes van enig belang voortaan door drie burgers moesten worden bewaakt 'und zwar so' noteerde de inlichtingenofficier van de Admiral in den Niederlanden, 'dass sie bei Anschlagen mit in die Luft fliegen mussen'.
Londen (299) wil weten of het verzet er achter kan komen of er nieuwe V-1 lanceerinstallaties gebouwd worden. Verder is men op zoek naar materiaal van de lanceerinstallaties en men wil ook weten hoe zwaar deze bewaakt worden.
Men wil in Londen (300) weten waar de opgeblazen transformator huisjes precies staan.
Ook wil men weten (301) of de Russen waar Tobias het in November over heeft gehad zich nog steeds op dezelfde plaats bevinden. Men snapt in Londen blijkbaar nog steeds niet wat Tobias bedoelt met het verbinden van Amsterdam met Londen via een kabel in Elst (Betuwe). .
Op 17 februari werd een aanslag gepleegd op Zollsekretär Willy F.E. Fischer bij Midwoud. De aanleiding voor de aanslag op Fischer was dat hij inwoners van Oostwoud zeer ruw behandeld had bij ondervraging naar de verblijfplaats van vliegenier K. Belton. Fischer raakte bij die aanslag ernstig gewond. Vanwege een tekort aan transportmiddelen zijn de vijf man als represaille voor die aanslag gefusilleerd aan de Amsteldijk en niet zoals gebruikelijk op de plaats van de aanslag.

Tobias informs London (434) the resistance took care of airman Cecil K. Belton, who's plane was shot doen on January 20th. His service number is 0-778379, he was born 1922-11-2 in Chicago. the rest of the crew was killed. Belton will be send through the lines together with Radcliffe this week.
Actually the B17 in which Belton was flying collided with an other B17 over Hoorn. Except Belton all crew members got entangled with their parachutes with the falling plane debris.

Tobias (438) laat weten dat op veld WINNIPEG zal een Eureka en mogelijk een S-Phone gebruikt worden. JOSEPHINE (Frankie Hamilton) is veilig bij Tobias en zijn crew aangekomen. Op de velden LALOE en MARTINI is geen lading ontvangen, het weer zal waarschijnlijk de oorzaak zijn geweest.
Tobias (439) informeert London dat in Amsterdam op de volgende locaties transformatorhuisjes zijn opgeblazen: Asterweg, Gramweg, Ruiterkade, Katersburgplein, Oostenburger Dwarsstraat, Cruquisweg en op het Cornelis Troostplein bij de Landwachtkazerne.
De Knokploeg-Amsterdam vernielde op 25 januari hoogspanningsgebouwen aan de Grasweg en de Asterweg, twee dagen later op het Kattenburgerplein, in de Oostenburgerdwarsstraat en op het Cornelis Troostplein en op de 28ste aan de Cruquiusweg. Vijf man werden op 30 januari door geweervuur ter dood gebracht aan de Amsteldijk, mogelijk als vergelding voor deze sabotagedaden van de Amsterdamse knokploeg.

Tobias (440) laat weten dat de Russen die eventueel in opstand willen komen tegen de Duitsers bevinden zich nog op dezelfde plaats als in november. Elst wordt op het illegale telefoonnet van het verzet aangesloten met behulp van kabels van de PEN en van de POEM. Tobias begrijpt niet wat Londen bedoelt met de in telegram 301 genoemde 4 kabels (waarschijnlijk heeft Londen het over zeekabels tussen Nederland en Engeland). Tobias wil geen ruchtbaarheid geven aan de mogelijke verbinding tussen Eindhoven en Amsterdam.
Londen (302) legt uit dat in Overijssel een aantal verzetsgroepen zich niet gebonden achten aan de NBS en voeren acties op eigen houtje uit, vooral tegen de Communisten in die provincie.

Tobias informs London (432) that Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) reported something like that about a week ago. He also tells London there are only a few Sten guns in The Hague. The village of Elst in the Betuwe will soon be connected with Amsterdam. Tobias suggests London (or Eindhoven) will use a telex for communicating with Amsterdam. Tobias also hopes that London will be connected on this cable too.

London informs Tobias (298) that dropping field WINNIPEG has been approved by the RAF. As soon as the weather improves the RAF will deliver a load. Will the ground crew be using a Eureka on this field? If a S-Phone is used the ground call is Eisenhower and the airplane will use the call Wavell.
Maandag 29 januari, Tobias (434) meldt dat op 20 januari het vliegtuig van Fl.Lt. Cecil K. Belton, geboren op 2 november 1922 in Chicago, boven Noord-Holland is neergeschoten. In werkelijkheid kwam zijn B-17 boven Hoorn in botsing met een andere B-17, waardoor beide toestellen neerstorten. Tobias wil Belton samen met Radcliffe deze week naar bevrijd gebied laten reizen.
Bericht 435 is niet bij het NIOD aanwezig/Message 435 is missing.
Tobias (436) meldt ook dat in Amsterdam enkele transformator huisjes opgeblazen zijn.
Eind januari werden in Amsterdam door BS'ers enkele transformatorhuisjes opgeblazen waardoor onder meer een scheepswerf en het Stürtzpunkt van de Hafenkommandant zonder stroom kwamen te zitten - als reactie bepaalde Rauter dat alle transformatorhuisjes van enig belang voortaan door drie burgers moesten worden bewaakt 'und zwar so' noteerde de inlichtingenofficier van de Admiral in den Niederlanden, 'dass sie bei Anschlagen mit in die Luft fliegen mussen'.
Londen (299) wil weten of het verzet er achter kan komen of er nieuwe V-1 lanceerinstallaties gebouwd worden. Verder is men op zoek naar materiaal van de lanceerinstallaties en men wil ook weten hoe zwaar deze bewaakt worden.
Men wil in Londen (300) weten waar de opgeblazen transformator huisjes precies staan.
Ook wil men weten (301) of de Russen waar Tobias het in November over heeft gehad zich nog steeds op dezelfde plaats bevinden. Men snapt in Londen blijkbaar nog steeds niet wat Tobias bedoelt met het verbinden van Amsterdam met Londen via een kabel in Elst (Betuwe). .
Op 17 februari werd een aanslag gepleegd op Zollsekretär Willy F.E. Fischer bij Midwoud. De aanleiding voor de aanslag op Fischer was dat hij inwoners van Oostwoud zeer ruw behandeld had bij ondervraging naar de verblijfplaats van vliegenier K. Belton. Fischer raakte bij die aanslag ernstig gewond. Vanwege een tekort aan transportmiddelen zijn de vijf man als represaille voor die aanslag gefusilleerd aan de Amsteldijk en niet zoals gebruikelijk op de plaats van de aanslag.

Donderdag 1 februari, Tobias (443) geeft de namen op van degenen die gearresteerd zijn door de SD en aan welke organisatie zijn behoren: J.K. Prins (Jan Goedkoop?) van het Delta Centrum, Van Tuyl (Walraven van Hall) van het Nationaal Steunfonds, HUGO (Teus van Vliet) van de LO, Nijman (Frits Nieuwenhuysen) van de Orde Dienst en WIM (Henk de Jong?) van Trouw. Tobias is bang dat het met de veiligheid van Delta Centrum niet goed zit. De verbinding van de OD tussen de Nieuwe Herengracht 2 in Amsterdam en Eindhoven is verbroken. Londen mag Bureau Inlichtingen hierover niet informeren, dat doet Tobias zelf.
Op 12 januari 1945 werd door verraad van Johan Lom, alias van Arkel, in zijn huis aan de Zuider Amstellaan 44 tijdens een vergadering een aantal personen opgepakt, maar een aantal, inclusief Johan Lom wisten zich schuil te houden. Tijdens deze vergadering waren aanwezig: Jaap Buys, Bob Gillieron, Jan Smallenbroek, Arie van Namen en Teus van Vliet.
Daarna werd op 26 januari 1945 Teus van Vliet opgepakt, lid van de Landelijke Organisatie voor Hulp aan Onderduikers. Van Vliet vertelde de Duitsers dat er de volgende dag een NSF vergadering zou plaatsvinden van het Landelijk Werkcomité. Londen (310) heeft begrepen dat een zekere Jan Luiten, een student uit Delft door de Duitsers is gearresteerd.
Jan Luyten werd op 30 november in de buurt van het Rijksmuseum met enkele koeriersters van Delta Centrum gearresteerd. Hij overleed enkel weken na de bevrijding in een Brits hospitaal. Hij was door de Britten bevrijd uit concentratie kamp Sandbostel bij Neuengamme.
Londen (311) staat klaar om een grote lading op veld LANCASTER te droppen inclusief rookgranaten en drie standaard verpakkingen munitie en granaten. Londen vraagt of Tobias een Eureka baken op veld LANCASTER of op veld HUDSON kan ontvangen.
Henri Koot, de CNBS, krijgt de volmacht (312) om niet disiplinair gedrag te mogen straffen indien nodig zelfs met een standrechtelijke executie. Prins Bernhard is blijkbaar de verdeeldheid binnen de verzetsorganisaties helemaal zat.
In een volgend telegram wil Prins Bernhard (313) weten hoe men er over denkt om de naam Delta Centrum te vervangen door Staf Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten.

Yesterday the communication between Eindhoven and the Orde Dienst HQ at the 2 Herengracht, Amsterdam broke down. London should not inform Bureau Inlichtingen in London, because Tobias will do so himself.
Tobias's fear was unjustly, a resistance worker called Johan Lom, alias Van Arkel, was blackmailed by the Sicherheitsdienst after they arrested his Jewish girlfriend. During a meeting at his house at 44 Zuider Amsterllaan, the SD raided the house were the following men of the NSF were present: Jaap Buys, Bob Gillieron, Jan Smallenbroek, Arie van Namen en Teus van Vliet. Johan Lom managed to disappear in his house, as agreed with the Sicherheitsdienst. With him were Teus van Vliet and Bob Gillieron. Arie van Namen managed to get away and Buys and Smallenbroek were arrested. Later on January 26th Teus van Vliet of the LO was if still arrested. Prince Bernhard informs Henri Koot (312) he gives him the right and power to punish over all resistance personnel under his orders in which ever way he seems necessary. In extreme cases this may be immediate execution. Normally disobedience can be punished with dismissal or arrest with court martial to follow after the liberation. Prince Bernhard wants it to be quite clear to all personnel under his orders that you are my representative and therefore your orders have to be strictly obeyed. This in no way alters the arrangements made for direct passage of orders on military matters decentralised to maximum. This provision is dedicated by military requirements. It seems Prince Bernhard is sick and tired of the disunity within the Dutch resistance.

Vrijdag 2 februari, de KP Amsterdam laat via Tobias weten twee SS-ers van de Duitse contra-spionage in handen te hebben. Dit zijn Wim van Rooyen en Jan Willem Gerrit Leusink. Hun contactpersoon was een zekere Frans Spijker, die op zijn beurt weer in contact stond met een Raphael Latte in Londen (?). Prince Bernhard informs Henri Koot (312) he gives him the right and power to punish over all resistance personnel under his orders in which ever way he seems necessary. In extreme cases this may be immediate execution. Normally disobedience can be punished with dismissal or arrest with court martial to follow after the liberation. Prince Bernhard wants it to be quite clear to all personnel under his orders that you are my representative and therefore your orders have to be strictly obeyed. This in no way alters the arrangements made for direct passage of orders on military matters decentralised to maximum. This provision is dedicated by military requirements. It seems Prince Bernhard is sick and tired of the disunity within the Dutch resistance.

Vrijdag 2 februari, de KP Amsterdam laat via Tobias weten twee SS-ers van de Duitse contra-spionage in handen te hebben. Dit zijn Wim van Rooyen en Jan Willem Gerrit Leusink. Hun contactpersoon was een zekere Frans Spijker, die op zijn beurt weer in contact stond met een Raphael Latte in Londen (?). Indien deze mannen niet zuiver op de graat zijn kunnen zij niet meer vrijgelaten worden. Men wil advies over deze zaak van Londen hebben. D444.

Tobias informs London (444) that the KP of Amsterdam has informed him they are holding 2 men. SS Hauptscharführer Wim van Rooyen and SS Oberscharfürher Jan Willem Leusink. Both of them worked for the counter espionage group of the Sicherheitsdienst. Their contact person was Frans Spijker who was in contact with Raphael Latte in London. The two men can not be released if they are trying to infiltrate into the resistance in Amsterdam. What does London want them to do?

Zaterdag 3 februari, Tobias (446) wil graag droppings zien op de velden LALOE, MARTINI en HUDSON. Tijdens de vorige poging gaf veld LALOE aan dat er een Duitse nachtjager in de buurt was. Tobias vraagt zich af wat er aan de hand is want alle drie de velden hebben de vliegtuigen over de pinpoints zien vliegen, maar er werd niets afgeworpen. Veld MARTINI heeft zelfs met een S-Phone contact met het vliegtuig gehad. Regio 13 wil wapendroppings hebben op de velden EDINBURGH en TEMPLE. Tobias wil volle batterijen hebben voor de gedropte bazooka's.
Tobias (447) informeert Londen dat in loods 4 aan het einde van de Levantkade in Amsterdam van de Nieuwerijn Vaart Maatschappij ligt vol met cilinders die gebruikt kunnen worden voor topredo's en V-2 raketten.
Henri Koot (448) wil iets weten wat Londen bedoelt met de zin "iemand autoriseerde mij". Tobias licht Londen in dat BRAM (Pieter de Vos) begint met code pagina twaalf en hij hoop dat de bommenwerpen die ladingen hadden moeten droppen veilig zijn teruggekeerd.
Londen (314) laat weten dat de piloten van de bommenwerpers in de nacht van 2 februari … .

Tobias asks London (446) to try again to drop loads on the fields LALOE, MARTINI and HUDSON tonight. Field LALOE reported a German nightfighter in the area and field MARTINI was in contact with the plane by S-Phone, but all three bombers flew over the pinpoint but did not drop their loads. Tobias wonders what went wrong. Resistance region 13 (South-Holland) is asking for loads to be dropped on the fields TEMPLE and EDINBURGH. The delivered batteries for the bazookas are not charged, can London please deliver new ones?
