Zondag 7 januari, in dit telegram van Henri Koot (387) aan Prins Bernhard wordt verzocht aan de regering door te geven dat werkgevers en werknemers organisaties als mede enkele hoge ambtenaren de regeringsopdracht voor het niet opvolgen van de Duitse orders betreffende de Arbeidseinsatz naast zich neergelegd hebben.
Telegram 388 is het vervolg van 387. De NBS gaat deze lieden actief aanpakken. De rest van het telegram is niet erg duidelijk.
BOATING (Paul Polak) (42) laat Londen in een eigen telegram weten dat men elke dat om 16.00 uur voor hem moet uitluisteren. Op de frequentie van kristal 1 kan hij het SOE Homestation niet kan horen omdat de frequentie door de BBC gestoord wordt. Hij vraagt de frequentie te wijzigen.
Op de velden MARTINI en EDINBURGH zal men onder andere pakketten droppen met radiomateriaal voor BRAM (Pieter de Vos), voedsel voor JOSEPHINE (Frankie Hamilton) en twee radio-sets voor DOUWE (Paul Polak). London informs Tobias (263) that from Monday night January 8th the RAF will try to drop loads on the fields MARTINI and EDINBURGH. London hopes that the Eureka beacon on field MARTINI is in good order with batteries well charged. They will drop package number 349 on field MARTINI, which contains WT equipment for Bram (Pieter de Vos) and food for Josephine (Frankie Hamilton). Package 212 will contain 2 wireless sets for Douwe (Paul Polak).
Maandag 8 januari, Henri Koot (389) meldt Prins Bernhard dat op 5 januari de Spiegelschool in de Marnixstraat door de NBS is opgeblazen en door brand is verwoest. Dit was een van de meldingspunten voor de Arbeitseinsatz. Tevens zijn 's avonds 10 medewerkers neergeschoten.
Nu blijkt dat er 5 mannen doodgeschoten zijn en drie gewond waren. De volgende dag schoot de SD 5 gevangen uit de Weteringschans gevangenis voor het gebouw dood:

De Grote Advies Commissie (392) vraagt om instructies van de Regering om iets te kunnen handhaven, wat is door de verminking van het telegram niet duidelijk. Het zou kunnen zijn dat men bang is dat sabotage acties tegen de Arbeitseinsatz de Duitsers aan zullen aanzetten tot represaille maatregelen tegen de bevolking.
Tobias krijgt van Londen (264) het nummer van het pakket door waarin de radio-sets verpakt zijn.
Londen (265) laat Koot weten bang te zijn dat de inzet van traangas bommen en andere wapens zou kunnen leiden tot bloedvergieten en ernstige represailles tegen de bevolking.
Londen (30) laat Paul Polak weten elke middag om vier uur te luisteren of hij in de lucht komt. Tevens moet hij de frequentie van kristal nr. 2 opgeven zodat het SOE Homestation hem op die frequentie aan kan roepen.

Henri Koot informs London (389) that on the first day to report for forced labour the resistance has blown up the Spieghelschool in the Marnixstreet in Amsterdam where men should report. During the evening 10 einsatz workers were shot down. On January 7th the resistance destroyed the Emmaschool at the Passerdersgracht in Amsterdam. Here some of the einsatz workers were killed. In several places in North- and South-Holland the resistance took the population administration away.

Dinsdag 9 januari, nogmaals wordt aan Londen (395) doorgegeven dat RICHARD van de RVV, met de schuilnaam VICTOR, (Jaap van der Gaag) op 15 januari richting Eindhoven vertrekt. Het te gebruiken wachtwoord is Victory en men vraagt het hoofdkwartier van Prins Bernhard op de hoogte te stellen van zijn komst. Daarna wil RICHARD naar Londen doorreizen. Gezien de recente ontwikkelingen wil men RICHARD echter zo spoedig mogelijk weer terug zien in Amsterdam.

De oproep van de regering (396) om niet mee te werken aan de Arbeitseinsatz is door Vrij Nederland op 2 januari op grote schaal verspreid en aangeplakt. Vrij Nederland vreest dat er geen gevolg aan de oproep wordt gegeven door de voedsel schaarste en men acht het noorzakelijk de betrokken ambtenaren en werkgevers sterk onder druk te zetten mede door uitzendingen van Radio Oranje.

Door de vertraging tussen de melding en het aanvragen van luchtsteun vraagt men zich in Londen af of de torpedo's ondertussen al verplaatst zijn, of dat onmiddellijk actie moet worden ondernomen.

London informs Tobias (267) they did receive the conformation about the one-man-torpedoes, located in Amersfoort and bound for Rotterdam. London does not want to carry out a bombardment if the torpedoes have already been moved to an other place, because there is always a delay between receiving information about a target and an attack by the RAF. London asks if the current location at Amersfoort is a depot or temporarily location? London also ask if an immediate action is necessary.

Koot (400) stelt zijn radioverbinding met Londen beschikbaar voor overleg tussen de regering en een bepaald comité.
Londen (268) vindt het ongewenst dat personen die vanuit bezet gebied naar de bevrijde gebieden zijn gereisd, vanwege veiligheids redenen niet naar bezet gebied mogen terugkeren. Dus men moet alleen mensen sturen die in bevrijd gebied kunnen blijven.
Londen (269) vraagt of het radiomateriaal voor KEES en zijn BI marconisten al gearriveerd is.
Londen (270) antwoordt die dag nog dat er geen politieke berichten meer via de verbindingen van Tobias verzonden moeten worden. Deze verbindingen zijn bedoeld voor het verzet, KEES (Beukema toe Water) moet met zijn marconisten de politieke en bestuurskundige berichten maar gaan verzenden. Maandag 8 januari, Henri Koot (389) meldt Prins Bernhard dat op 5 januari de Spiegelschool in de Marnixstraat door de NBS is opgeblazen en door brand is verwoest. Dit was een van de meldingspunten voor de Arbeitseinsatz. Tevens zijn 's avonds 10 medewerkers neergeschoten.

Henri Koot informs London (399) they have to talk with Prince Bernhard about the two telegrams that Koot Sent to London (387 & 388) about actions against the Arbeitseinsatz and the attitude of the employers and civil servants. Koot has hears that two out three employers are willing to follow the orders of the Dutch Government in exile. Talks with the others, mentioned in the telegrams are still going on. Tobias (402) laat Londen weten dat de 1-mans torpedo's al uit Amersfoort vertrokken zijn. Verder geeft hij aan dat er een mogelijk bestaat over een KLM marconist te kunnen beschikken.
Londen (271) gaat op zijn beurt akkoord met een nieuwe KLM marconist mits deze gescheiden blijft van Paul Polak en Pieter de Vos. Londen zal wanneer Tobias daar om vraagt een zendschema, codes en kristallen voor deze marconist sturen.

Zaterdag 13 januari, Tobias (406) vraagt om spullen voor BRAM (Pieter de Vos), DOUWE (Paul Polak), GUUS (Frank Hamilton) en HANS (Tobias zelf). Het gaat hierbij om het volgende: 3 blauwe pakken voor GUUS, BRAM en HANS en een jas voor ook voor BRAM. Voor DOUWE een pyama, 24 zakdoeken en een horloge. Eierpoeder en chocolademelk poeder. Twee verrekijkers, waslijn en geďsoleerd antenne draad, drie zuurwegers, een wind generator en 8 accu's. Vier geluidloze Sten guns, of Welrod pistolen. Drie complete sets toilet artikelen. Het werk wordt bemoeilijk omdat Tobias geen geld meer heeft om kolen voor zijn operators en zichzelf te kopen en daarom vraagt hij om 50.000 Gulden. Verder wil hij nog graag 12 fietsbanden hebben.
Tobias (407) is duidelijk niet onder de indruk van het SD ultimatum en het feit dat men daar weet hoe hij er uit ziet. Hij is wel trots op mijn onderscheiding.
Verder geeft Tobias (408) een nieuw droppingsveld op: LANCASTER in Noord-Holland.
Daarnaast geeft Tobias (409) nog een veld op: HUDSON, ook in Noord-Holland.
Londen (274) vraagt Tobias om nogmaals het veld op te geven waar op vrijdagnacht een ploeg klaar staat om een lading te ontvangen. Het bericht was te veel verminkt om het te kunnen lezen. Eva laat weten dat zij heel trots is op Tobias vanwege de onderscheiding die ontving.

Londen (276) geeft aanwijzingen over het aanvallen van transporten die V-2 raketten vervoeren. Er bestaat geen gevaar dat de V-2 exploderen, want de explosieve lading wordt pas aangebracht op het lanceerplatform. Ook moet men proberen om wagons aan te vallen die vloeibare zuurstof vervoeren. Desnoods stuurt Londen speciale explosieven hiervoor.

London continues to inform Tobias (276) after message 275 that there is no danger if the resistance attacks the V2 rockets because the explosive warhead will only be mounted just before the rocket is launched. The rockets are transported in a serie of 3 trucks of which the middle one is the smallest. The two other trucks carry the rockets which are covered with canvas. Tobias must ask the resistance for maximum assistance. Tobias also has to find out if it is possible to attack the stationery oxygen wagons. If the resistance needs special explosives to blow up the rockets London will send it.

London informs Tobias (273) that they heard from Leo (Bert de Goede) that he has received an ultimatum from the SD that he must contact Otto Haubrok. If not several resistance men in prison will be shot.
Apparently Tobias also receives a warning that the SD knows how he looks like. How did they find out? Did Arie van Duyn tell them? He has seen Tobias while visiting Amsterdam. Asked the NIOD to send me the complete telegram, this might be important.
Zaterdag 13 januari, Tobias (406) vraagt om spullen voor BRAM (Pieter de Vos), DOUWE (Paul Polak), GUUS (Frank Hamilton) en HANS (Tobias zelf). Het gaat hierbij om het volgende: 3 blauwe pakken voor GUUS, BRAM en HANS en een jas voor ook voor BRAM. Voor DOUWE een pyama, 24 zakdoeken en een horloge. Eierpoeder en chocolademelk poeder. Twee verrekijkers, waslijn en geďsoleerd antenne draad, drie zuurwegers, een wind generator en 8 accu's. Vier geluidloze Sten guns, of Welrod pistolen. Drie complete sets toilet artikelen. Het werk wordt bemoeilijk omdat Tobias geen geld meer heeft om kolen voor zijn operators en zichzelf te kopen en daarom vraagt hij om 50.000 Gulden. Verder wil hij nog graag 12 fietsbanden hebben.
Tobias (407) is duidelijk niet onder de indruk van het SD ultimatum en het feit dat men daar weet hoe hij er uit ziet. Hij is wel trots op mijn onderscheiding.
Verder geeft Tobias (408) een nieuw droppingsveld op: LANCASTER in Noord-Holland.
Daarnaast geeft Tobias (409) nog een veld op: HUDSON, ook in Noord-Holland.
Londen (274) vraagt Tobias om nogmaals het veld op te geven waar op vrijdagnacht een ploeg klaar staat om een lading te ontvangen. Het bericht was te veel verminkt om het te kunnen lezen. Eva laat weten dat zij heel trots is op Tobias vanwege de onderscheiding die ontving.
Telegram 275 is bij het NIOD niet aanwezig/Telegram 275 from London is missing.
Londen (276) geeft aanwijzingen over het aanvallen van transporten die V-2 raketten vervoeren. Er bestaat geen gevaar dat de V-2 exploderen, want de explosieve lading wordt pas aangebracht op het lanceerplatform. Ook moet men proberen om wagons aan te vallen die vloeibare zuurstof vervoeren. Desnoods stuurt Londen speciale explosieven hiervoor.

Tobias also asks to drop 50.000 Guilders for him it is rather difficult to work in the cold and by dropping that money for him he is able to buy coal for his office and for his WT operators on the black market. Tobias asks London not to care about the fact that the Germans know how he looks like. It is located 4350 meters from the road crossing Purmerenderweg in Purmer, 5350 meters from the harbour of Edam and 4600 meters north from a landmark. The BBC code sentence is: "De groeten van Winand aan Michel" and the signal letter is Q. This is a very strange way to allocate a new dropping field.

London continues to inform Tobias (276) after message 275 that there is no danger if the resistance attacks the V2 rockets because the explosive warhead will only be mounted just before the rocket is launched. The rockets are transported in a serie of 3 trucks of which the middle one is the smallest. The two other trucks carry the rockets which are covered with canvas. Tobias must ask the resistance for maximum assistance. Tobias also has to find out if it is possible to attack the stationery oxygen wagons. If the resistance needs special explosives to blow up the rockets London will send it.
