Tobias reacts (264) on message 163 from London. he states that in case of arrest of members of Delta Centrum or provincial commanders he is still safe. What the know about Tobias is a telephone number, which is a secret number, so it is not registrated. His address is only know to his staff, Louise de Vries, Gerda Meijer and Madeline van Geuns and a few other people like Carels, the secret telephone network expert. Even His WT operators Pieter and Paul do not know this address. Tobias wishes to come out for a few days and awaits London's reaction. Tobias is clearly suffering from stress, he does not sleep enough, because he wants to be awake when the messages from London come in at night an have to be decoded. Madeline van Geuns was able to do this on her own, but Tobias insisted to be present.

Bericht 165 van Londen ontbreekt/Message 165 from London is missing.

Londen (

Tobias informs London (265) about the results of yesterdays bombing of the SD HQ in Amsterdam. The building has been hit twice, but it did not burn. Half of the Adam van Scheltema Square is in ruins however. Tobias will send more details as soon as possible.
On Sunday November 26th 1944, 24 Hawker Typhoons of the RAF attack the SD HQ at the Euterpestreet in Amsterdam. Both Tobias as Col. Henri Koot did ask London repeatedly to do so. During this air attack 92 civilians and 4 SD men were killed. Besides the SD building 30 other houses nearby were hit.

Tobias informs London (266) that his request to come out is more or less a joke, however he like to come out for a few days to talk things over. The bombardment on the SD HQ was a great success, however not that many Germans were killed and according to Tobias the amount of civilians killed was not too high. London informs Tobias (167) they are glad that the bombing of the SD HQ was successful. Dropping operations are temporarily stopped and they will be resumed when the situation on the ground is normal again. London wants Tobias to stay where he is, unless he is in immediate danger. It is extremely difficult to get through the lines, crossing the rivers in the south. Besides it would take him too long to get back to Amsterdam both over land as by air. London is glad that Tobias is taking security measures in case of a major razzia in Amsterdam. London's message (probably in the missing message number 165) was not a joke, but they have the complete picture now and the message was sent in interest of all. Rotterdam (Bert de Goede?) asks if Tobias will take a message for Frank (Arnold van Bijnen).

Henri Koot informs London (269) about the situation of the waterlevel of the IJsselmeer if the Germans block the locks. First part of report which answers London's message 137. Regional commander North-Holland is giving more details about the situation in Den Oever. One lock near Den Oever where the Germans have sored (?) explosives and they have taken measurements for machinery and made an emergency plan for supply of electricity for the machinery (do not understand this sentence). To riase the water level of the IJsselmeer to 15 to 30 cm above NAP can only be achieved if the locks remain closed. Therefore it will become impossible to operate sluices and draining the surrounding polders. This will flood the polders and it will take a very long time to get them dry again. The German troops in the Wieringermeer Polder consist of 6 officers, 13 NCO's, 223 solders. One 3.5 cm gun one infantry gun, three anti-tank guns (PAK)4.5 cm,  4 heavy machine guns, 24 light machine guns, 26 miscellaneous made machine guns, 13 mortars of 3 and 5 cm, 29 short rifles, 292 long rifles and 79 pistols.

The German have good positions and strong points of which are 3 on the east side of the harbour of Den Oever. At the bridge of the Ewijcksluis, which forms the western entrance to the Afsluitdijk, is 1 NCO stationed with 92 solders armed with one 4.5 Anti-tank gun (PAK), 4 light machine guns, 2 mortars, 17 short rifles, 4 machine pistols and 4 pistols. The resistance forces will try to occupy the bridge and block it so that ships can not get through and also to prevent the German garrison of Den Helder to intervene. On other roads leading to Den Oever the bridges will be blocked by the resistance while meanwhile ambushes will be laid.
These two message were sent by Pieter de Vos via radio plan Plym. Both of them are far too long and thus Pieter must have been on the air for quite a while. Just split both messages up into 5 letter groups and use a morse speed of 20 words (1 word is 5 letters).

London informs Henri Koot (168) that they can not do what Koot suggested to interrupt the Germans from moving captured men from a razzias. they come up with several reasons: The weather can prevent the RAF from flying, time delay being asking for RAF action and when the RAF can hit the target, The RAF has other commitments too at that time and danger for the civilian population.

Verder laat Londen weten (

Henri Koot informs London (278) about a plan from the regional commander of Friesland to protect certain objects. A training station at Tacozijl, the harbour of Lemmer, the northern part of the Noord-Oost Polder in connection with regional commander (Overijssel?). The harbour of Stavoren, Locks and (??) of the Afsluitdijk at Kornwerderzand. The electric power plant at Leeuwarden, a pumping station at Bergum, The locks at Dokkum (?) and Nieuwezijlen. The harbour works at Harlingen. If the Allied advance comes from the south or from the west then principale roads and bridges will be protected by the resistance. In case a raid would take place on retreating Germans from west to east then obstructions will be placed on roads if London tells them to do so and this is already reported to London. The strength of the resistance forces in Friesland is 1900 men.

Messages 279, 280, 281 & 282 are missing.

FROM DRAUGHTS VIA TORRIDGE STOP MY TWO EIGHT THREE
(283) STOP ON ACCOUNT OF WITHDRAWAL GERMAN TROOPS EVACUATION OF CIVIL POPULATION AND REMOVAL OF CATTLE AND GOODS FROM ESTUARY OF GREAT RIVERS AND IN VIEW OF PREPARED DESTRUCTION RIVER DYKES YOU WILL HAVE TO CONSIDER SERIOUSLY POSSIBILITY THAT GERMANS WILL COMPLETELY OR PARTLY SUBMERGE  HOEKSCHEWAARD EILAND VAN DORDRECHT LAND VAN ALTENA ALBLASSERWAARD VIJF HEERENLAND EN BOMMELERWAARD TIELERWAARD AND NEDERBETUWE AS PROTECTION OF THEIR RIGHT FLANK STOP TIME OF EXECUTION DEPENDS ON TACTICAL SITUATION AND HEIGHTS RIVERS STOP AT THIS MOMENT WATER HAS ALREADY REACHED WINTER DYKES BUT IN CASE OF DESTRUCTION ONLY MEADOWS WILL IMMEDIATELY SUBMERGE STOP ROADS AND VILLAGES WILL FOR THE TIME BEING REMAIN ABOVE WATER LEVEL STOP THE DC END

Henri Koot warns London (283) that when the German troops are withdrawing they might evacuate the civilian population, take away cattle and goods from the estuary of the great rivers. The might destruct river dykes and then a great deal of land will be submerged, like the Hoeksewaard, Eiland van Dordrecht, Land van Altena, the Alblasserwaard, Vijf Heerenland, The Bommelerwaard, the Tielerwaard and the Nederbetuwe as protection of their right flank. When the Germans will carry out this plan depends on the situation and the water lever of the rivers. At this moment the rivers have already reached the Winterdykes, but in case of destruction of the winterdykes only meadows will be flooded. Road and villages will for the time being remain above water level. (Until the water will rise in spring when the snow in Switzerland and Germany will melt)

(geen tekst verder beschikbaar).

London wants to know from Tobias (174) how the relation is between him and the Triangle (Delta Centrum) or if there are still differences of opinion? London is not happy with the fact that Pieter and Paul told them that they are both  transmitting from the same house. They consider this extremely dangerous and they should transmit from several different houses where transmitters are located and they have to visit these houses just periodically. London does understand the difficulties the team is facing and they leave the security measurements up to them. Tobias must inform London if it is necessary to send someone from the staff of the Prince to take over command of the resistance. No more text visible.

London thanks Henri Koot (175) for sending a 'thank you' note for the crews of the RAF, which has been passed on to them. Koot must inform London where the SD has moved to and where they keep their records, so the RAF can hunt them down again. Ben in Utrecht (Maarten Cieremans) has informed London that Frank has been killed or wounded while he was travelling by car between Amersfoort and Apeldoorn.

TO DRAUGHTS VIA TORRIDGE STOP OUR ONE SEVEN SIX (176) STOP REGRET GROUNDS CHIEF WHIP AND LUCKY STRIKE REFUSED STOP CAN YOU MOVE BOTH THESE GROUNDS FIVE KMS TO THE NORTH OF THEIR PRESENT POSITION END

London informs Tobias (176) that the fields CHIEF WHIP and LUCKY STRIKE have been refused. Could he move the pinpoints of both fields 5 kms to the North?

Tobias informs London (286) that Frank indeed was wounded or killed. he refers to London's message 174 and informs them that the relationship between him and the Triangel is alright, however now Frank is gone the Orde Dienst predominates in the Triangle. Last Tuesday a small accident happened when one of the secretaries of the Resistance forces was arrested. The office of the resistance forces has been moved to an other building. London does not need to worry about Bram and Douwe (Pieter & Paul). Tobias hopes that London will soon resume the dropping operations and he sends his love to his wife Eva.

London informs Henri Koot (177) that Prince Bernhard is interested in the Dudok Group in 't Gooi. Does he  know if this group has received any arms from London and are they part of district Utrecht? London wants to know which fields are ready for receiving loads again. London passes on that Bert (Bert de Goede) is not happy about the set up in the district of Rotterdam and that politics dominates over the work of the resistance. Does Koot know anything about these problems?
