VICTOR SCHABBEL.
Victor Schabbel was trained by his father, Henry Robinson, as an agent while being educated in Paris. He was probably intended to pass intelligence to Moscow through Ilse Stöbe from Germany during the war,

In 1942, expecting his discharge from the Wehrmacht as a result of wounds, Moscow instructed Heinrich Koenen to advise Schabbel to obtain a staff job in the Wehrmacht, where he could continue to obtain useful information. Koenen's arrest in October 1942 prevented delivery of this message to Schabbel and resulted in Schabbel's own arrest. He received a prison sentence and may have been executed.
