According to an add on the Oorlogsgraven Stichting site can red that Sanders was transported from KZ Vught to KZ Oranienburg/Sachsenhausen, medio okt/nov to KZ Neuengamme. However he can't be found in the book of death, not under his own name, nor under his alias Bob Sipma.
