Agent of Jeffremov's group in Belgium and courier between Brussels and Tino Winterink in Amsterdam in 1942. Also cut-out between Jeffremov and Rajchmann.
His arrest in August 1942 followed that of Jeffremov, who attended a rendez-vous with Peper arranged under German control. Peper under control revealed the location of Winterink's transmitter in Amsterdam.
