Op veld OLIVER (370) zijn 23 containers en een mand geborgen en graag vanaf zondagnacht weer op veld SALLY een lading droppen. Amsterdam wenst iedereen in Londen een gelukkig Nieuwjaar.
Pieter de Vos (41) meldt dat zijn persoonlijke berichten van Londen met de nummers 21 en 22 goed binnengekomen zijn. De beide checks en de extra check zijn allen aanwezig.
Londen (246) wil graag van Henri Koot weten welke troepen zich in het Land van Maas en Waal bevinden en zeker als het gaat om parachutisten, bergtroepen en SS éénheden. Deelnemers van de ontvangploeg werden soms door containers geraakt en wanneer de containers tegen elkaar aan sloegen sprongen zij soms open en dan regende het wapens. Op 3 januari wil men weer een dropping op veld SALLY uitvoeren en hierbij zal een Eureka baken en een S-Phone ingezet moeten worden.

London asks Henri Koot (248) that they received information from BBO's sister organisation BI that the skipper who have to transport food to the western part of the country are on strike. At the same time a request came in not to attack ships sailing on the IJsselmeer till Januari 10th. London reacts (249) on Tobias's telegram number 370. The RAF did drop 24 containers and 3 packages on field OLIVER. Did Tobias receive the dropped medical kit? The RAF will try to carry out a dropping on field SALLY as from Wednesday night January 3rd. The aircraft will use the Eureka beacon and a S-Phone during this dropping operation.

Woensdag 3 januari, Henri Koot (374) geeft antwoord op de vraag bij welke organisatie de regionale commandanten oorspronkelijk behoorden. Het antwoord is door de verminking niet helemaal duidelijk. Ook zal men zo snel mogelijk een contact adres in Drenthe opgeven.
Tobias (375) geeft aan dat het opgegeven contactadres in telegram 253 in Zutphen misschien niet meer betrouwbaar is.
Koot (376) geeft aan dat de regels voor het niet aanvallen van schepen geladen met voedsel voor het westen van land op het IJsselmeer niet aangevallen mogen worden. De schepen voeren een speciale vlag om aan te geven dat zij voedsel vervoeren.
Tobias (377) geeft in het volgende telegraam aan dat hij inderdaad de EHBO kist heeft ontvangen en hij bedankt Londen voor het sturen van interessant (Pers) materiaal. Hij zal het deel wat bestemd is voor Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) die dag nog laten bezorgen. Verder bedankt hij Eva voor de goede wensen. Op veld SALLY heeft echter geen dropping plaats gevonden, het vliegtuig werd wel gezien, maar het voerde geen dropping uit.
Verder vraagt Tobias (379) of Arthur Brown al in bevrijd gebied in Brabant is gearriveerd. D378.
Henri Koot geeft nadere toelichting over de verdeling van de Betuwe, het land van Altena en de Biesbosch over de verschillende regio's.
Pieter de Vos (43) stuurt een heel kort berich dat "nacht" (ontvangst) in orde is.
Londen (251) geeft aan dat het contact adres in Zutphen nooit is gebruikt en zal ook nu niet gebruikt worden. Arthur Brown is nog niet in bevrijd gebied gearriveerd, maar men zal Tobias op de hoogte houden.
Tobias had in telegram 377 aangegeven dat er niets op veld SALLY gedropt was, maar volgens Londen (252) heeft de piloot wel degelijk een dropping uitgevoerd. Hier is dus iets goed misgegaan. Ook heeft men tijdens deze dropping van 2 januari een Eureka baken meegedropt. Eureka bakens moeten geinstalleerd worden op de velden MARTINI en SALLY, terwijl veld SALLY zijn baken met veld LALOE moet delen. Verder geeft Londen aan dat de Hawkins granaten bedoeld zijn ter vervanging van de bandenmijnen. Op 4 januari wil men een dropping op veld EDINBURGH doen met een volledige lading containers en drie pakketten waarin onder andere een Eureka baken verpakt is.
Henri Koot krijgt van Londen (253) te horen dat er geen garantie gegeven wordt voor het niet aanvallen van schepen op het IJsselmeer. Aangeraden worden alle transporten van voedsel en kinderen 's nachts uit te voeren, maar dat ook dit geen garantie geeft.
In het laatste bericht van Londen (254) die dag geeft men aan dat de piloot de lichten van veld SALLY niet goed heeft kunnen zien en zijn lading op het Eureka baken gedropt heeft. Mogelijk is de lading 500 meter van het doel terecht gekomen. Men stelt voor ten Noord-Westen en ten Zuid-Oosten van het veld te gaan zoeken naar het gedropte materiaal.

London informs Tobias (252) that the pilot who would drop a load on field SALLY on January 2nd reported
that the load was successfully dropped. Tobias must investigate what went on since he reported in message 377 that nothing was dropped. With this load an Eureka beacon was dropped. London advises to have one beacon on field MARTINI and one at field SALLY. The third beacon should rotate between SALLY and LALOE. Does Tobias agree with this arrangement? The recently delivered Hawkins grenades are ment to be a substitute for the tyrebursteres. The RAF will soon try to drop a load on field EDINBURGH as from Thursday night, January 4th. During this operation 24 containers will be dropped together with three packages, one of them contains a Eureka beacon.

Woensdag 3 januari, Henri Koot (374) geeft antwoord op de vraag bij welke organisatie de regionale commandanten oorspronkelijk behoorden. Het antwoord is door de verminking niet helemaal duidelijk. Ook zal men zo snel mogelijk een contact adres in Drenthe opgeven.
Tobias (375) geeft aan dat het opgegeven contactadres in telegram 253 in Zutphen misschien niet meer betrouwbaar is.
Koot (376) geeft aan dat de regels voor het niet aanvallen van schepen geladen met voedsel voor het westen van land op het IJsselmeer niet aangevallen mogen worden. De schepen voeren een speciale vlag om aan te geven dat zij voedsel vervoeren.
Tobias (377) geeft in het volgende telegraam aan dat hij inderdaad de EHBO kist heeft ontvangen en hij bedankt Londen voor het sturen van interessant (Pers) materiaal. Hij zal het deel wat bestemd is voor Pieter Dekker (Cor van Paaschen) die dag nog laten bezorgen. Verder bedankt hij Eva voor de goede wensen. Op veld SALLY heeft echter geen dropping plaats gevonden, het vliegtuig werd wel gezien, maar het voerde geen dropping uit.
Verder vraagt Tobias (379) of Arthur Brown al in bevrijd gebied in Brabant is gearriveerd. D378.
Henri Koot geeft nadere toelichting over de verdeling van de Betuwe, het land van Altena en de Biesbosch over de verschillende regio's.
Pieter de Vos (43) stuurt een heel kort berich dat "nacht" (ontvangst) in orde is.
Londen (251) geeft aan dat het contact adres in Zutphen nooit is gebruikt en zal ook nu niet gebruikt worden. Arthur Brown is nog niet in bevrijd gebied gearriveerd, maar men zal Tobias op de hoogte houden.
Tobias had in telegram 377 aangegeven dat er niets op veld SALLY gedropt was, maar volgens Londen (252) heeft de piloot wel degelijk een dropping uitgevoerd. Hier is dus iets goed misgegaan. Ook heeft men tijdens deze dropping van 2 januari een Eureka baken meegedropt. Eureka bakens moeten geinstalleerd worden op de velden MARTINI en SALLY, terwijl veld SALLY zijn baken met veld LALOE moet delen. Verder geeft Londen aan dat de Hawkins granaten bedoeld zijn ter vervanging van de bandenmijnen. Op 4 januari wil men een dropping op veld EDINBURGH doen met een volledige lading containers en drie pakketten waarin onder andere een Eureka baken verpakt is.
Henri Koot krijgt van Londen (253) te horen dat er geen garantie gegeven wordt voor het niet aanvallen van schepen op het IJsselmeer. Aangeraden worden alle transporten van voedsel en kinderen 's nachts uit te voeren, maar dat ook dit geen garantie geeft.
In het laatste bericht van Londen (254) die dag geeft men aan dat de piloot de lichten van veld SALLY niet goed heeft kunnen zien en zijn lading op het Eureka baken gedropt heeft. Mogelijk is de lading 500 meter van het doel terecht gekomen. Men stelt voor ten Noord-Westen en ten Zuid-Oosten van het veld te gaan zoeken naar het gedropte materiaal.

London advises to have one beacon on field MARTINI and one at field SALLY. The third beacon should rotate between SALLY and LALOE. Does Tobias agree with this arrangement? The recently delivered Hawkins grenades are ment to be a substitute for the tyrebursteres. The RAF will soon try to drop a load on field EDINBURGH as from Thursday night, January 4th. During this operation 24 containers will be dropped together with three packages, one of them contains a Eureka beacon.

London informs Tobias (254) that the pilot did not see the lights on the dropping field and decided to drop the load at 22.26 hrs guided by the Eureka beacon. The load might have been dropped 500 meters from the pinpoint. most likely the load can be found to the the north west or to the south east of the field.
