Volgens Tobias hangt dat af van de hoeveelheid wapens die gedropt worden op de velden BLUEBOTTLE en LAMMERT. Verder vraagt Tobias om aan de levertraan te denken. Waarschijnlijk heeft hij hierop gevraagd, want de winter is in aantocht.
Henri Koot (251) geeft weer wat de resultaten zijn van het bombardement op Huize Walien. De schade was gering maar de schrik zat er bij de SD goed in en men was meteen naar een ander landhuis, meer landinwaarts verhuisd. Hij vindt dat men de Duitsers met behulp van duikbommenwerpers angst moet aanjagen op de punten waar de gevangenen verzameld worden zodat zij een kans hebben te ontsnappen, ook moet men de spoorwegverbindingen bombarderen zodat de gevangen genomen mannen niet meer naar Duitsland vervoerd kunnen worden.
De Nederlandse regering (157) laat weten dat zij niet willen dat automonteurs in staking gaan, men vindt de groep te kwetsbaar en weten niet wat voor represailles er door de Duiters genomen zullen worden.

London informs Tobias (161) that owing to the recent razzia and penetration of the resistance they consider it essential that in the interest of all concerned the Dutch resistance has to step up its security for the time being. All commanders should break off, or limit the contacts with their subordinates to a minimum until the situation improves. All contact be resistance cells should be reduced. Also wireless contact should be reduced as much as possible. London thinks these measurements are necessary in order to prevent more arrests and London might need them very much at a later stage of the war.

Zaterdag 25 november, Tobias (255) vraagt of het mogelijk is om KAREL (Gerrit Reisiger) naar Amsterdam te sturen, hij heeft immers een derde operator nodig en het lijkt erop dat Gerrit niet meer over een organisator beschikt, want het idee is dat zowel Postma als Cieremans opgepakt zijn. Tevens vraagt hij om 10 Stens met geluiddempers voor Amsterdam, deze moeten apart verpakt worden.
Tobias (256) geeft in dit telegram de gegevens door van een aantal Amerikaans piloten die door het verzet verborgen worden gehouden. Dit zijn een zekere Quiny met nummer 2-818301 van de 7th Airforce, Squadron nummer 760. Quiny vloog in een B-24, was woonachtig in New York en was geboren in 1918. Verder heeft hij het waarschijnlijk over een 2e Luitenant genaamd Bungay met nummer 7-771139. Ook hij vloog in een B-24 in hetzelfde squadron als Ouiny. Bungay is geboren in 1914 en woont in Chicago.
De genoemde QUINY is in werkelijkheid 1e Lt. John H. Quinn, piloot van een B24H bommenwerper die op 21 november rond half drie 's middags bij de monding van de Eem in het IJsselmeer stortte. Met MELBURN OHIMMTN wordt navigator Lt. Melburn O. Simmons bedoeld die ook wist te ontkomen. Zij vlogen beiden in 'Satan's Little Sister' met nummer 42-95180 van het 446BG/706BS. Quinn overleed 26 maart 1998 in Westport, Essex County en Simmons overleed op 17 mei 2011 in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Tobias (257) meldt dat volgens zijn informatie DIRK niet gearresteerd is, maar Londen meldt in bericht 155 dat dit wel het geval is.
Tobias (259) vraagt of Lindemans, alias KING KONG, dezelfde persoon is als degene die in het 'Identiteisboek' vermeld is. Dit een soort pamflet met daarop foto's of omschrijvingen van collaborateurs. D258.
Tobias meldt twee nieuwe droppingsvelden aan: GERALDO en RABBIT, beiden in Zuid-Holland. Geraldo is de schuilnaam van Gerda Meijer.
Pieter de Vos (32) laat weten dat hij heeft voor een AMk3 een nieuwe voeding nodig heeft, de gelijkrichter is doorgebrand. Hij doet Kay weer de groeten en vraagt wanneer men naar Amsterdam komt.
Pieter (33) lijkt hier te zeggen voor niemand bang te zijn behalve voor de Gestapo, verder heeft hij het over twee dezelfde kristallen, die hij en Paul Polak blijkbaar gebruiken. Hij is duidelijk behoorlijk kwaad want de Duitsers beschikken ook over deze kristallen. Waarschijnlijk buit gemaakt tijdens een dropping die niet helemaal goed gegaan is.
Londen (162) geeft nogmaals aan dat men op zijn hoede moet zijn en men moet de verzetsactiviteiten reduceren, geen onderling contact maken en ook Tobias moet alle contacten met het verzet tot nader order verbreken. Hij moet wel contact blijven maken met Londen en hen op de hoogte stellen van de plaatselijke situatie.
Londen (163) geeft aan niet te weten wat een identificatieboek is, maar geeft wel een precieze omschrijving van Christiaan Lindemans, alias KING KONG.

He sends Sailor (his friend Rein Bangma) best wishes. Bangma is recovering from a parachute accident at Ringway.

These airmen crashed with their B24 called "Satan's little sister' into the IJsselmeer after a bombing raid on Hamburg. The crash took place at the estuary of the river Eem. The bomber's number was 42-95180 of the 446BG/706 Bomber Squadron. John Quinn died March 26th 1998 at Westport, Essex County and Melburn Simmons died May 17th 2011 at Fort Collins, Colorado. All other members of 'Satans little sister' were blown with their parachutes to the IJsselmeer and drowned. Quinn and Simmons landed on a dyke and were hidden by the resistance.

Pieter de Vos asks London (32) to drop a new power unit for a AMk3 set. The rectifiers are burned through. When he uses his CAUE 52 or 53 the message will have reference number below 20. He hopes that the Brits will soon be in Amsterdam. Don't know what he means with this second sentence.

Pieter de Vos thanks London (33) for their helpful advise (message nr. 15), but he does not mind Douwe (Paul Polak) or anybody else, but the Gestapo. He asks if London is aware that the Germans have captured identical crystals as the three the same crystals that he shares with Paul. The Germans got hold of a package that drifted away on a dropping that went wrong at the beginning of November.

London also sends Tobias (163) a personal warning. After receiving the latest information about the arrests of leading resistance members and agent Dirk. London orders Tobias to break off his contacts with the resistance, but he must stay in touch with London. London wants to be informed of the local situation in Amsterdam. London will keep an eye on things and will inform Tobias when he can contact the resistance again. London realises that this order is difficult for Tobias to obey, but it is important to the resistance that he and his WT operators are not caught by the Gestapo. In that way London will automatically lose contact with the resistance and the resistance will not receive further loads of weapons from London. This measurement is temporarily to overcome a dangerous situation, Dirk might be tortured and give the Germans information about the resistance and Tobias. Contact with the resistance can be made if it is safe again.
