Paul Polak informs London (22) he has changed something on his transmission plan. Have no idea what he means by 'Crack Signal'. it probably has something to do with the so called 'header' of his telegrams that indicates how the message in encrypted.

If the weather is good the RAF will carry out dropping operations on the fields OLIVER and MADELINE this very night. London warns Tobias that containers dropped near Breukelen, Utrecht have fallen into German hands. Tobias organized this dropping and London thanks him anyway. Message number 19 from Delta Centrum (Henri Koot) informs Londen that he will cancel his request to bombard the SD HQ since precision bombing seems impossible. In addition to the death of SD personnel, the main focus was on the destruction of the archive. many people of the resistance are still free but against whom action can be expected at any moment. Both schools in de neighbourhood of the SD HQ ar of equal importance. There are meals served in both buildings. The archive is located in a new building. The times requested to carry out the building were based on the evening meals that were served in the SD building and of the fact that there would be no schoolchildren in the neighbourhood. Koot fears that a normal bombing attack would cause to much damage in the surrounding buildings

London informs Tobias that the proposed ground VICTOR has been rejected by the RAF owing to flak in the direct neighbourhood.

He will also put up barrages on the major roads towards the Afsluitdijk. He can only carry out these action if there are Allied troops nearby. The plan will only be carried out with permission of London. Koot needs two BBC messages, one if the plan should be carried out and one if the plan is cancelled. It was difficult for the aircraft last night to drop its load due to enemy night fighters in the area. London can drop the requested WT operator on field OLIVER right now.

London assumes that Tobias has heard the BBC messages in German for the Russian troops in North-Holland. They will broadcast the action message as soon as Tobias has told them to do so. It is important that he knows that premature actions are not wanted and that mutiny only can start after the action message has been broadcasted.

He wants London to repeat the messages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday on the same hour and the message must be preceded by the sentence "Für Jetty".
