Tweede missie van Tobias Biallosterski uitgevoerd samen met de marconisten Pieter de Vos en Paul Polak.
Zondag 12 november, een verslag van Koot (205) over een RAF aanval op de Jongerius fabriek in Utrecht, de draaierij kreeg een voltreffer, maar de loods waar de één-mans torpedo's worden samengesteld werd niet geraakt.
Tobias (206) stelt voor dat de schepen die voor hem wapens vervoeren een driehoekige witte vlag zullen voeren, tevens heeft hij de vaarroute op die normaal gesproken gebruikt wordt. De Russen bevinden zich in tegenstelling tot eerder berichten nog steeds op dezelfde plaats. Zodra zij zich verplaatsen zal Tobias Londen op de hoogte stellen.
Eerst geeft Tobias aan dat veld MANDRILL geen lading heeft ontvangen op 11 november.
Vervolgens meldt Tobias (207) dat MANDRILL wel een lading heeft ontvangen. De grondploeg van veld MANDRILL heeft rust nodig en Tobias vraagt Londen om even niet te droppen op deze locatie. Daar in tegen zijn de velden OLIVER, LALOE en MADELINE weer gereed om een lading te ontvangen. Tobias heeft nog steeds niet gehoord of veld LAMMERT in Gelderland gereed is om een lading te ontvangen.
Tobias (208) geeft ook aan dat de medische kits op de velden OLIVER, LALOE en MADELINE gedropt moeten worden. Henk Veeneklaas is blijkbaar naar Noord-Holland geweest voor overleg met de NBS. De grondploegen hebben behoefte aan rubber laarzen en Tobias, Paul, Pieter en de meisjes hebben behoefte aan sigaretten. Die moeten wel in een apart geadresseerd pak verpakt worden anders verdwijnen zij. Tobias bedankt Londen voor het sturen van insuline, waarschijnlijk heeft Veeneklaas hierom gevraagd.
Londen wil in een ongenummerd bericht weten wat het waterpeil in Muiden is en vraagt ook bij welke waterstand de afsluitdijk gevaar loopt.

Dinsdag 14 november, Henri Koot (210) geeft aan dat de Duitsers bezig zijn om Nederland qua treinen leeg te roven en geeft aan dat de RAF bombardementen op het spoortraject rond Groningen en Nieuwerschans uit moet voeren om afvoer van treinmateriaal naar Duitsland te voor komen.
Tobias (211) geeft aan dat er 15 ton aan wapens Amsterdam binnengebracht zijn. Hij heeft nog steeds geen nieuws over het vliegtuig dat Pieter de Vos en hem naar Nederland gebracht hebben. Hij vermoedt dat het in de buurt van de Friese Eilanden of in het IJsselmeer is neergestort. Later bleek dat het toestel in de buurt van Cocksdorp op Texel was neergestort.
Londen (131) bericht dat WITTE DIRK, Sjeerp Postma, heeft aangegeven dat hij de volgende droppingsvelden wil overnemen ten behoeve van het district Utrecht: MARMOSETTE, MADELINE, BEETLE en MONGOOSE. Gaat Tobias hiermee akkoord?

Henri Koot informs London (210) that the Germans are taking away electrical train material and they are transporting it to Germany. There is a long row of steam- diesel- and electrical train material of the line Rotterdam-Amsterdam waiting to be taken away. They will follow the route over Nieuwerschans to Germany. The resistance can not prevent that all this material disappears to Germany The railway trach is too heavily guarded, so Koot requests bombing of the railway line Groningen-Nieuweschans and there are three options. Near Waterhuizen, close to Groningen, a bridge near Zuidbroek, or a railway bridge east of Nieuwerschans.

These fields will be used to arm the city of Utrecht. Tobias is now asked by London if he agrees with this arrangement and if there are no hard feelings. London also would like to know if everybody feels that Dirk is alright, London worries about him, but they are still satisfied with his work. Tobias asks London (213) to drop explosives for the Achterhoek area, probably on field LAMMERT. The RAF did bombard the railway line from Zutphen to Deventer, but with very little result. The resistance in that area is strong enough to blow up the railway line time after time, but they need explosives.

Donderdag 16 november, weer wordt een gevaarlijk lang telegram van Henri Koot (218) naar Londen geseind. Dit keer gaat het over object die beschermd moeten worden in steden door de Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten. Tobias vraagt aan Klijzing of Jan Steman (FRANS) tot officier bevorderd kan worden, want dat verdient hij wel.

Paul Polak (29) klaagt bij Londen dat hij vijf niet voor hem bestemde berichten heeft ontvangen omdat Londen zijn indicator (drie cijfers) gebruikt zou hebben. Verder vraagt hij om het tijdstip van de nachtuitzending voor BRAM (Pieter de Vos) van 01.30 uur te laten vervallen en deze te combineren met die van hem want zij luisteren steeds alle twee.
Blijkbaar heeft Henri Koot in een eerder bericht voorgesteld om een staking bij de garages uit te roepen waar Duitse motorvoertuigen in onderhoud zijn.
Londen (135) denkt dat dit nauwelijks effect zal hebben maar gaat akkoord indien dit niet tot teveel represailles zal lijden.
Londen (136) geeft zijn fiat voor veld SALLY bij Wijdenes. Tobias krijgt in hetzelfde telegram de groeten van Eva en zijn vader die in de buurt van het British Museum woont.
Londen (21) meldt aan Paul Polak dat genoemde berichten voor een ander station op het continent bedoeld waren en men had wel de juiste indicator gebruikt. Vanaf 17 november komen de nachtuitzendingen voor BRAM, Pieter de Vos, te vervallen, maar het zendschema mag niet vernietigd worden.

Henri Koot informs London (218) that he will send a serie of telegrams about the protection of towns by the NBS. First the protection of objects in Amsterdam: The electrical power station in the northern part of town, a transformer station near 't IJ, the town's pumping station at the Haarlemmerweg, the so called exchange office, the international connections at the telephone office, in the centre of town the main post office, the central telephone exchange at the Middenweg, the central telephone exchange at the Herengracht and in the Philips van Almonde street, the gas factory in the east, west and south part of town, the waterworks pumping station at Weesperkarspel, the central railway station with its bridges and viaducts, a complex of dykes at the southern bank of the Northsea Canal, crossing railway line Amsterdam-Amersfoort togther with the artificial road from Diemen to Naarden. Amsterdam will be ceiled off from the eastern part towards the centre, along the line Nieuwe-Herengracht to the river Amstel, and a line from the centre westwards to the Kostverlorenvaart. Resistance in town has been decentralised into 5 districts. There are 2500 armed men available.

Paul Peters replies to London's 20 with a telegram (29). On November 12th London sent during a night broadcast a wrong message with Paul's indicator. It seems London issued Paul and someone else with the same indicator. London has to cancel 0130, the indicator of Bram (Pieter de Vos) and just use Paul's indicator because both Pieter and Paul are listening to each others messages anyway. So it is easier to use just one indicator for both men. London has inform them when Pieter's indicator is cancelled.

London replies to Paul Peters' message number 29 with a telegram (21) in which Paul is informed that the messages sent by London on November 12th were intended for an other outstation in occupied Europe with the right indicator. Pieter's indicator will be cancelled as from Friday November 17th. He must not destroy his signal plan.
Vrijdag 17 november, Tobias (217) laat weten dat Cor van Paaschen (PIETER DEKKER) in Amsterdam is, hij heeft daar een ontmoeting met Henri Koot en omdat hij toch in Amsterdam is vraagt Tobias om het materiaal voor hem op één van zijn velden, OLIVER in Noord-Holland te droppen.
Tobias (220) geeft verder aan dat veld OLIVER geen lading heeft ontvangen, hoewel men het vliegtuig gezien heeft. Op veld ALBERTECIN is wel een lading gedropt en kan Londen voor aanstaande zaterdag een dropping op veld CADILLAC plannen? Alle velden in Noord-Holland behalve MANDRILL en ALBERTECINE kunnen weer ladingen ontvangen. Van veld LAMMERT heeft Tobias nog steeds niets vernomen.
Tobias (221) bedankt Londen voor het sturen van propaganda materiaal wat hij aan de ondergrondse pers heeft doorgegeven. Ook bedankt hij weer voor de gestuurde kaarsen en de insuline. Henri Koot replies to London (223) about the possible rising level of the water in the IJsselmeer. According to him the water level varies now between 0,07 meters and NAP (Dutch standard water level).The is no danger for the western dykes if the water level would rise to a maximum of 0,03 meter over the NAP level. Even if the wind would blow the water up against the dyke the situation would still be safe. So no flooding in North-Holland.

Vervolgens meldt Tobias (207) dat MANDRILL wel een lading heeft ontvangen. De grondploeg van veld MANDRILL heeft rust nodig en Tobias vraagt Londen om even niet te droppen op deze locatie. Daar in tegen zijn de velden OLIVER, LALOE en MADELINE weer gereed om een lading te ontvangen. Tobias heeft nog steeds niet gehoord of veld LAMMERT in Gelderland gereed is om een lading te ontvangen.
Tobias (208) geeft ook aan dat de medische kits op de velden OLIVER, LALOE en MADELINE gedropt moeten worden. Henk Veeneklaas is blijkbaar naar Noord-Holland geweest voor overleg met de NBS. Dinsdag 14 november, Henri Koot (210) geeft aan dat de Duitsers bezig zijn om Nederland qua treinen leeg te roven en geeft aan dat de RAF bombardementen op het spoortraject rond Groningen en Nieuwerschans uit moet voeren om afvoer van treinmateriaal naar Duitsland te voor komen.
Tobias (211) geeft aan dat er 15 ton aan wapens Amsterdam binnengebracht zijn. Hij heeft nog steeds geen nieuws over het vliegtuig dat Pieter de Vos en hem naar Nederland gebracht hebben. Hij vermoedt dat het in de buurt van de Friese Eilanden of in het IJsselmeer is neergestort. Later bleek dat het toestel in de buurt van Cocksdorp op Texel was neergestort.

There is a long row of steam- diesel- and electrical train material of the line Rotterdam-Amsterdam waiting to be taken away. They will follow the route over Nieuwerschans to Germany. The resistance can not prevent that all this material disappears to Germany The railway trach is too heavily guarded, so Koot requests bombing of the railway line Groningen-Nieuweschans and there are three options. Near Waterhuizen, close to Groningen, a bridge near Zuidbroek, or a railway bridge east of Nieuwerschans.

Donderdag 16 november, weer wordt een gevaarlijk lang telegram van Henri Koot (218) naar Londen geseind. Dit keer gaat het over object die beschermd moeten worden in steden door de Binnenlandse Strijdkrachten. Tobias vraagt aan Klijzing of Jan Steman (FRANS) tot officier bevorderd kan worden, want dat verdient hij wel.

Paul Polak (29) klaagt bij Londen dat hij vijf niet voor hem bestemde berichten heeft ontvangen omdat Londen zijn indicator (drie cijfers) gebruikt zou hebben. Verder vraagt hij om het tijdstip van de nachtuitzending voor BRAM (Pieter de Vos) van 01.30 uur te laten vervallen en deze te combineren met die van hem want zij luisteren steeds alle twee.
Blijkbaar heeft Henri Koot in een eerder bericht voorgesteld om een staking bij de garages uit te roepen waar Duitse motorvoertuigen in onderhoud zijn.
Londen (135) denkt dat dit nauwelijks effect zal hebben maar gaat akkoord indien dit niet tot teveel represailles zal lijden.
Londen (136) geeft zijn fiat voor veld SALLY bij Wijdenes. Tobias krijgt in hetzelfde telegram de groeten van Eva en zijn vader die in de buurt van het British Museum woont.

First the protection of objects in Amsterdam: The electrical power station in the northern part of town, a transformer station near 't IJ, the town's pumping station at the Haarlemmerweg, the so called exchange office, the international connections at the telephone office, in the centre of town the main post office, the central telephone exchange at the Middenweg, the central telephone exchange at the Herengracht and in the Philips van Almonde street, the gas factory in the east, west and south part of town, the waterworks pumping station at Weesperkarspel, the central railway station with its bridges and viaducts, a complex of dykes at the southern bank of the Northsea Canal, crossing railway line Amsterdam-Amersfoort togther with the artificial road from Diemen to Naarden. Amsterdam will be ceiled off from the eastern part towards the centre, along the line Nieuwe-Herengracht to the river Amstel, and a line from the centre westwards to the Kostverlorenvaart. Resistance in town has been decentralised into 5 districts. There are 2500 armed men available.

Paul Peters replies to London's 20 with a telegram (29). On November 12th London sent during a night broadcast a wrong message with Paul's indicator. It seems London issued Paul and someone else with the same indicator. London has to cancel 0130, the indicator of Bram (Pieter de Vos) and just use Paul's indicator because both Pieter and Paul are listening to each others messages anyway. So it is easier to use just one indicator for both men. London has inform them when Pieter's indicator is cancelled.

London replies to Paul Peters' message number 29 with a telegram (21) in which Paul is informed that the messages sent by London on November 12th were intended for an other outstation in occupied Europe with the right indicator. Pieter's indicator will be cancelled as from Friday November 17th. He must not destroy his signal plan.
Vrijdag 17 november, Tobias (217) laat weten dat Cor van Paaschen (PIETER DEKKER) in Amsterdam is, hij heeft daar een ontmoeting met Henri Koot en omdat hij toch in Amsterdam is vraagt Tobias om het materiaal voor hem op één van zijn velden, OLIVER in Noord-Holland te droppen.
Tobias (220) geeft verder aan dat veld OLIVER geen lading heeft ontvangen, hoewel men het vliegtuig gezien heeft. Op veld ALBERTECIN is wel een lading gedropt en kan Londen voor aanstaande zaterdag een dropping op veld CADILLAC plannen? Alle velden in Noord-Holland behalve MANDRILL en ALBERTECINE kunnen weer ladingen ontvangen. Van veld LAMMERT heeft Tobias nog steeds niets vernomen.

Henri Koot replies to London (223) about the possible rising level of the water in the IJsselmeer. According to him the water level varies now between 0,07 meters and NAP (Dutch standard water level).The is no danger for the western dykes if the water level would rise to a maximum of 0,03 meter over the NAP level. Even if the wind would blow the water up against the dyke the situation would still be safe. So no flooding in North-Holland.

Tobias (225) waarschuwt Londen dat indien er in Amsterdam ook een grote razzia plaats vind hij zijn activiteiten mogelijk voor enkele dagen zal moet staken.
Eindelijk kan Tobias (226) ook melden dat veld LAMMERT gereed is om een lading te ontvangen. Ook geeft hij waterstanden van Muiden door, en zegt dat Eva het met haar Nederlands rustig aan moet doen.
Pieter de Vos (30) geeft in een persoonlijk bericht aan dat hij niet begrijpt waarom Londen 's nachts om half één berichten voor hem stuurde. Hij luistert alleen nog om half tien en verdwijnt direct daarna in zijn schuilplaats. De nieuwe accu's zijn goed aangekomen, maar vier ontvangers zijn tijdens de dropping gesneuveld. Ook heeft hij de gevraagde batterijen gekregen, maar zit nog steeds te springen om telefoondraad voor een tussenpersoon (Jaap Carels). Ontvangst condities zijn na vier uur 's middags slecht. Londen (141) geeft aan niet te begrijpen wat precies de bedoeling is van het afzeggen van bombardementen op spoorlijnen ten oosten van Amersfoort en Utrecht en ten noorden en ten oosten van Haarlem. De aanvraag van bovengenoemde bombardementen stond in telegram 229 en werd gecancelled door Pieter de Vos of Paul Polak. Men moet met spoed antwoord geven, wat men nu precies wil.
Londen (142) geeft aan de berichten over de waterhoogten niet te begrijpen, men heeft het idee dat er aan de getallen iets niet klopt. Men wil precies weten wat er gaat gebeuren wanneer de Duitsers de sluizen blokkeren en waar het IJsselmeer zal gaan overlopen. Het verzet moet de tijd nemen om het één en ander goed te zoeken.
